Glad it wasnt a serious injury!
It was a pretty serious injury. Dislocated his collar bone at the sternum. It went inside the sternum. Posterior sc dislocation. Look it up. Nasty injury.
Wow, that’s awful, Prayers for the young man.

If Tingle plays it’s maybe a whole different outcome. Those in the SE don’t know how special he is. It is what it is. Good luck to both teams down the road 👍

If Tingle plays it has the possibility of being a totally different outcome, possibility. Everyone in the SE knows how special he is Burg and Ironton has played against the kid for a couple years now and he changes the entire offense with both the pass and run. Ridgewood fans will hang on to the fact they believe they win with him, and maybe they do, then again they had him last year and lost as well, so maybe they don't. Maybe he throws 2 or 3 INT's and they get returned for TDs, maybe he tries to do to much with the legs and fumbles couple times. Maybe he throws 4 tds and rushes for 2 more, point is you can see all the maybe's in this scenario and no one knows how it would play out. Tingle playing also changes everything about what Ironton would be trying to do defensively as well. He absolutely changes this game as a whole but does he change the outcome that's something that'll never be known. Great season by Ridgewood hate that Tingle wasn't able to play in this one. Good luck to Ironton going forward

I would like to see these stats broke down from 1st and 2nd half’s. Any chance you would have any of that info buckeye2?

Sorry, I don’t have the stats broke down by the half. I believe most of our rushing yards were in the 2nd Half though, they pretty much stood us up the first Half.

I would think all the rushing yards are 2nd half. I thought my town guy said they had -1 or -3 rushing the 1st half

At least they're not saying that Ironton "got lucky." I've seen and heard that from a few teams from a league in SEO though. That shi# gets old. :o

Practice like he is playing. Without him they’re done! I watch with and without different team. Also without him their defense wears down, not used to being on that side of the ball 4 quarters. Just my opinion from outside both programs.
Try to contain your excitement...talking about high school kids, pretty important to kids at that age, and obviously many adults on this forum. Try having just a little respect?
Keep taking shots on Ridgewood. They should be proud of where they are and at the opportunity they have earned. Good luck to both teams.
Pretty sure 14U is a Burg fan, true Ironton fans know whether Tingle plays or not it's going to be a tough game.
Live right down the road from ya!! Lol

Nothing disrespectful about my post. Just my opinion. If people can’t take the truth don’t read it. Everything I said was right. Ur team had another great year but can’t replace what you lost in a great QB. If Ironton would have pounded the ball all first half not passing so much. Talk next year!!
