German police successfully rescued a 91-year-old man who glued himself to his roof. Passerbys who saw the man near the roof's edge sounded the alarm,believing he was about to attempt suicide.But when the cops arrived,the man said he had been trying to re-tar the roof when he fell into the tar.'he was like a beetle on his back,with his arms and legs sprawled out and completely glued to the roof," said a police spokesman. "Due to his age,he couldn't free himself from his unfortunate situation."
