You do realize this is not a Watterson team of the past? Lmfao ,now if you could have put a running clock on that other h20 team that would have been impressive!

Of course they aren't a team of the past, but they have enough athletes on the field to keep a running clock on them. D1 olentangy orange didn't even do that. We might be looking at a state champ in burg. Let's just give em credit.

Everyone burg beats never measures up.. that's fine. D5 burg still put a running clock on d3 watterson. A task that even a d1 school has failed to accomplish this season. But that's none of my business.

okay. I think burg makes a serious run at the title next year if they take care of bid--ness one game at a time and not look past anyone.

Urban was there. Confirmed.

There were special arrangements made for after hours services at the Minford Airport.

A PDT staff member reporting the game confirmed to me that he was not there. His wife sat a few rows behind me though.

As I said, as long as the Pirates played their game and not the ghost of Watterson, this one would turn out much like the Heath game.

Urban was there , he landed in a space age helicopter that goes unnoticed to the naked eye , he was teleported to the Luxury Suite by Osu's new NASA education center , while there he watched the game and sipped a fine 68 ' Chardonnay with Rich Moon ... He called a few plays for Burg thru their head sets as well. just to stay sharp for the murderers row the Bucks got coming up for 2 plus months ... SMH .

Not to mention only the 3rd team in 17 years to beat them by 30 or more. Come on guys. Oh, Hartley did it last year and won state. Just saying.

They are something to watch. They are fundamentally sound. I haven't seen a high school team come from our parts that has that. They know the task at hand and go out and perform. My Lord. Every kid on the team deserves credit.

This Burg team reminds me of the '78 Tigers. We dominated teams and had no weaknesses, offense or defense. That team didn't make the playoffs due to Logan teachers being on strike. I believe that team would have been the 1st to win a State Championship at Ironton. I hope this Burg team keeps on improving and brings their 2nd title to SEO. I know I would celebrate.

Holden caught 3 TD on O. Salyers had OVER 400 passing. Dyers was 77 yards.
Thanks, these were from the guys on 99.3. I thought Dyers catch was for 77 and that Holden had one more TD.
NP. It's all just numbers. But here is one thing I have noticed. Does Holden remind anybody else of a Randy Moss. Wow does that boy have effortless speed and moves. He beat double coverage by 10 yards down the sideline. And Salyers, my lord that boy can throw. He is very accurate.
i have only watched him vs heath on Tv. But i was think t.pryor looks like he is walking byt running 1600mph

Nit saying they ate not a good team, and not saying burg is not a good team but c'mon, anyone knows that this is not the team they are used to having it happens. 3 or 4 years ago this score would have been reversed, there is a reason only 3 teams have put a running clock on them in a hundred years. And this team ain't one of them ,there is also a reason they traveled south to play the burg even though it was a running clock a team up north would have really put it on them they will lose one maybe two more games
