Ironton could easily make it into the State Championship game, especially considering the fact that Amanda lost its stud RB.
At absolute worst, they should be the regional runner-up.

Just finished uploading the game video clips to IrontonFootball.com a few minutes ago. It's best to save them to your hard drive as they do get large but...that's up to you. I think the tickets are 7 bucks presale and 9 bucks at the gate!!! You should be able to buy the tickets at the schools that are participating in the game this week!!

Ironton will host Zane Trace at 7 p.m. Saturday at Tanks Memorial Stadium in the first round of the Division IV playoffs.

From what I have read and seen...it shouldn't be as tough to make it to the Semi's as it was to go 8-2 during the regular season...Maybe not as tough as it would have been to go 3-7...Hope it all works out that way...it is high school football and remember the Ashland game...fumbles do kill..I am sure Bob won't be taking it easy on the Boys...however...I am sure he knows the boys are ready now that they have faced such a tough regular season schedule...Just hope that has them prepared to bring back another title...Go Tigers

Ironton should have no problem if they can control the ball and not turn it over. It doesnt matter who your playing if you turn the ball over you will have a tough time. Ironton should roll in this one though. Its a tough draw getting Ironton at home for the playoffs.

I watched Ironton play Burg week 1 and I will tell you that they have the best line in southern Ohio. It will be hard for any team to stop their running game. The O line blows people off the ball.
