Someone told me bout a year ago that Estep was the guy whenever Boll decided to retire and sounds like he knew what he was talking about. Estep could potentially help out with girls basketball or baseball as well, so the hire makes a lot of sense on a few levels.*

That is true. I could see him coaching basketball at some level, maybe even junior high.

It wouldve helped New Boston and Clay to consolidate to help with numbers

Will be interesting to see waverlys hire. Boys program has had recent success and now girls program to start. Any front runners?

Chris Murphy looks to be the leading candidate for the girls side.

Murphy will most likely get the approval for the girls job. Will be a great coach to kickoff the program. As far as the Boys coach, no clue who will be appointed (too many good hats in the ring).

I have heard that Bryan Smith is the new Waverly varsity boys coach. Bryan has assisted Chris in the past as well as coached the junior high team in the past.

I have not heard an announcement for the girls or junior high yet.
