No I think he was in Pennsylvania thenHoopie74 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 24, 2022 7:02 pmWas he coaching at Georgetown,Ohio when they won their State championship?AnkleBraces wrote: ↑Mon Jan 24, 2022 5:50 pmCoach Doug Williams could be argued as one of the better high school players ever in the SE district. One of only a few to play four seasons D1 (Miami Ohio).
Has 150ish career wins at age 40? I agree I would say he knows what’s he is doing.

Was 35-31 final of the 8th grade or 7th grade game? Thanks.

Have you watched Western play? No way they are under .500. I've watched both teams. Western plays better together, rebounds better, is better defensively. You get Valley rattled, they blow up and can't do anything. The Ghost of Swanker wrote: ↑Mon Jan 24, 2022 3:17 pm Western under .500 with the games valley has played. Come on now

So what’s your guess on total league losses if Western was in the SOC2?Seofanatic wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 10:46 amHave you watched Western play? No way they are under .500. I've watched both teams. Western would finish behind Waverly, Minford, Valley, West, South Webster, Wheelersburg, and Northwest in the league. Eastern and Oak Hill are tougher than most of the teams in the SOCI. Those wouldn’t be cupcakes

You mentioned 7 teams there. If they play those 7 teams twice, they go 9-5.... at least.

Western fans just need to understand that playing in SOC1 and SOC2 is just entirely different. That is coming from a guy whom is a huge SOC1 supporter, but I am also realistic. Playing pwest, NW, Burg on a nightly basis is much different from playing East, Clay, green, St joe, NB. Nobody is taking anything away from Western.. but basically claiming that they would be at the top of the SOC2 this year? Come on now..

Greenfield goes on the road to beat Whiteoak 57-22. Moves to 10-2. Badgley goes for 20,Wise added 13 and then the Tigers had balanced help having 5 guys go for 4-6 points each!! Big match up Friday as the Tigers head to Miami Trace who has been playing really well as of late!!

McClain is 20 points better than MT. Control Guthrie some and I can’t imagine it being close.McClainTigerfan wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 8:58 pm Greenfield goes on the road to beat Whiteoak 57-22. They’re basing it on watching them beat McClain, Hillsboro, Wash Court House, Fairfield, Grandview Heights, Hannibal River, Caldwell and several 1000+ boy schools at West Virginia camp.Sportsfan98 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 7:59 pm Western fans just need to understand that playing in SOC1 and SOC2 is just entirely different. They’re 7-0 non league winning those games by 20-25 per game.
What’s the SOC 2 best wins out of conference?

Most teams doubting them have never watched them play. Just because they're Western Latham, they must be inferior to the almighty SOC II schools. I've watched nearly every SOC II team play this year. The only team Western doesn't compete with or beat is Waverly.AnkleBraces wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 9:52 pmAnkleBraces wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 9:52 pmThey’re basing it on watching them beat McClain, Hillsboro, Wash Court House, Fairfield, Grandview Heights, Hannibal River, Caldwell this summer and several 1000+ boy schools at West Virginia camp.Sportsfan98 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 7:59 pm Western fans just need to understand that playing in SOC1 and SOC2 is just entirely different.
