Re: Was Reid really that good?
OU is probably more his speed and a better fit. I'm not sure what his end goal is, but either way he's getting a free education. Trayanum came to OSU to play LB. Bucks were heavy in that department, but they wanted him on the field, so they transitioned him to RB. That storyline leads me to believe that OSU has no intentions on using Reid anywhere but special teams, which is unfortunate.

Traynum was a RB when he committed to Arizona St when he was at Hoban

Re: Was Reid really that good?
I think he’s doing a great job. Just getting to play special teams for Ohio state is no easy task. Those are some of the best athletes in the country. My guess is about .00009% of us posters never played a snap at Ohio state or maybe college. We expect these kids to be number 1 picks in the draft and put them down when they don’t play. When it’s all said and done I bet he has some awesome stories to share. Playing on a team with stroud and a top 5 pick in Harrison jr. These kids probably read these post. He’s a kid let him have fun.

Re: Was Reid really that good?
Yes he was really that good. As a linebacker and a running back. One of the best I’ve seen at the High school level. A class act on and off the field. Sorry to hear about his loss
