Re: SO WHO IS NUMBER 1 NOW.--OHIO STATE?????
ohio state has not had it's starters in the entire game all year. coach tressel is not concerned with beating someone by 80, but rather developing the rest of the team, as they are only the future of the program, and a sprained ankle away from starting. to think alabama can lose, and still be number 1. what are you smoking. and the meat of the ohio state schedule is backloaded for sure. if they win they win, if they don't watch how far they fall. if you use your logic fsu13, then the gamecocks should be number 1. because they embarrassed the unbeatable alabama.the people that get paid to do this got it right. live with it. if they win out, they'll play for it all. if they don't no way. but i guess bama should, eh. geesh.

I think that Boise and TCU would be a good championship game.

No sour grapes here, just rotten buckeyes. They are O-VERRATED year in year out.

Talk about overrated--Meatchicken in the top 25 is the laughing stock of the college ball.Putting them in the top 25 makes the Big Ten look real bad.boilermaker wrote:No sour grapes here, just rotten buckeyes. They are O-VERRATED year in year out.
Michigan State put them in their place last week and Meatchicken's QB looked like his real self.
The Big House has been looking more like the Out House--lol

I will say this and I stick by it. OSU was my pick to win the NC and I still believe they will do it.

So how does it feel, continually getting your butt handed to you, by a team you deem as over rated?boilermaker wrote:Typical Nut fans!
Re: SO WHO IS NUMBER 1 NOW.--OHIO STATE?????
I wouldn't mind all the talk of OSU being overrated if TCU and Boise got the same treatment. But they don't. It's pure Buckeye/Big 10 hatred. It has nothing to do with real facts. Just keep paroting the ESPN talking heads and never have an original thought in your life. Of course, most SEC folk don't do much thinking at all down in the backwater...

And Boise? Their glorified MAC schedule is a DI joke!
How many losses would Boise have in the Big Ten this season after playing OSU, Mich St, Iowa, and Wisconsin?
The beautiful thing about Boise; we'll never know. The last two teams I remember beating Boise (this doesn't go back too far so bare with me) was Hawaii the year they got curbstomped by Georgia in the Sugar Bowl and TCU two years ago in their bowl game.
BCS teams haven't fared as well. Boise's unorthadox style may give some of the aforementioned teams a struggle.
