Trenchfoot! Sheridan is at home and will be a good tune up game for what to come, because them there dogs will throw everything at the Chiefs and I do believe Athens has a very good chance to beat the Chiefs! Still got the fever!

I was up in the Plains the other day and I talked to a few people who said the Bulldogs will win by 30!
One guy said Athens will run up and down the field on Logan all night. I talked to a lady who said, and I quote "Them Logan Indians have Bulldog envy!"

I am hearing the same and they all have that darn green and yellow fever like I have! OMG1 But the main Indian medicine man has a treatment for it. Takes about until Aug 28 to cure!

Lol that a way to stir it up O&B.

A lot of hype for this game, expect to see a full visitor's side to go along with the home town crowd.

The Week 1 game in SE Ohio for Friday night has got to be this one, even though Ironton vs. Burg is another top match-up on Friday....Saturday game of the week is Trimble-NY or Jackson-Wellston.

The main thing in this game will be what Athens has left after last season.

A lot of people outside of L&A are wanting to know what the Bulldogs have for 2015 because they will be playing them.
People know Logan will be better than last Year and Athens won't be as good so it is a good game to judge Athens on.

I see more people watching Athens to see what they have than watching Logan to see what they bring to the table in 2015.

The people out there that think Logan is still down... see a close win from Athens will say they don't have much. A close win by Logan will show Athens is average

If it is a blow out by Athens you will have people asking is Logan still bad or are the Bulldogs still loaded.
If it is a blowout by Logan most people will be saying Logan didn't prove a thing by beating a down Athens team.

Good luck to both team and hope it is a injury free game.

I talked to a fellow at Speedway on Richland Ave this morning and he said after this beat down, Logan will never want to play Athens again, in any sport at any level.
He told me that the Chieftains may be purple but they are yellow at heart!

Them Bulldogs sound mighty impressive!
I figure they must have 7 or 8 D1 prospects!

No need to play this game since a poster on a different thread said Athens must be scared cause their coaches went to see the Logan scrimmage. Apparently if a coach goes to a scrimmage they are afraid of the other team. So just give Logan the win and save all those poor Athens players the embarrassment.

So tell us all why the NY coaches and players was at the Trimble scrimmage? Maybe NY should just give up and wave the white flag!

I still say Logan by 3-7 points!

Coach Adams said he is just gonna play the freshman against Logan so he doesn't make them look bad.
