Maybe as a fan we always think if our team does not win state that they were not all that great, but in realilty if we, as fans step back and look at how well the season was or is going for that matter we would be able to see things more clearly.
The team I follow is,4-1. They were beaten 42-0 by Granville, a undefeated D-3 team. I also can see that they, Newark Catholic struggled big time against Lakewood, who is 0-5. Newark Catholic beat them only by 15,21-6.
A lot of fans, in reading their post on other threads and hearing them talk at the games have given up on the season. I still think the players and coaches will get it together to win state.
Maybe the Tiger fans should be careful not to give up on their team. The staff and players are still at hit giving 110% and I would bet to a person not on of them have given up on their goals.
