Northridge bust a 60 yard run to the 10. Next play Brady Carpenter strips the ball. Next play Casey Lewis takes it 90 yards to the house.

The Cadet offseason training was aparrent in the second half. Lewis was in full beast mode the last 15 min. Northridge is a program headed in the right direction.

Re: WK 4: Johnstown Northridge (1-2) @ Fort Frye (3-0)
So here is my review for what it is worth. I am going back to the any given Sunday. I know Fort pulled off the win but the score does not reflect the actual game. Fort in my opinion had an "off" night. Engle threw 2 interceptions (maybe his first all year) Lewis did an amazing job tonight running the ball and Lochary did as well. However, those boys fought for every yard they earned because the holes were just not there for them in general. Losing Baker early on was a blow. Carpenter did a nice job with what he was given. Lochary, who went 5 for 5 last week with PAT's struggled this week going 1 for 4 attempts. The Cadet defense overall seemed off tonight. There were some nice big plays (fumble recovery and run by Bradford, interception in the end zone for Lochary and a few other caused fumbles) but all in all the defense seemed "tired" for lack of a better word. Fort should have been up by a lot more in the end. I will say that the coaches did a nice job of distributing the ball this week so maybe that problem is fixed. But if Fort is going to make it out of week 11 this year they will need to tighten up their game.

Northridge I thought was the best team we have played in terms of tackling. The holes were there I thought it was going to a big play and Northridge would make a huge shoestring tackle. Cadets were very sluggish in the first half. Losing Clay Baker in the middle hurt them.

I agree they are the best Fort has faced this year and it looked like they hit like tanks at times. There are going to be some sore Cadets tomorrow. I just feel that the Cadets are a lot better than they played tonight. Hoping Baker just out for the week or maybe even take the Monroe game off to heal completely.

Few mistakes in the first half plus they came out super flat just like last week. They need to tackle better but I still think they beat a decent team tonight. Northridge plays a crazy tough schedule so the win total won't tell you how good they really are.

Kicking game does need to improve not just PAt. Kickoff and Punt is killing field possession.

Cadets did have a rough night on D allowing 405 yards. And the first time they allowed a 100 yard rusher Garee had 113 yards on 24 carries. Cadets did force 4 turnovers.

I think you guys did a nice job breaking down the same things I saw. I would say The Viking coaching staff did a pretty good job game planning from last week's film with Waterford and focused on closing down the outside running game. What they did not see was why The Wildcats were committing their defensive front to stopping #11. Now they know.

Shocked it was this close.
I will see the Vikings later this season and see for myself what they look like.
Last season N.C. beat them 35-0.
This year I expect the same thing, if not worse.
