Re: Athens (0-3) @ Chillicothe (0-3)
With all of the damage in the Plains, I have heard that 682 may still be closed, and the mentioned gas leak, will the Bulldogs still be making the trip to Chillicothe tonight? I know that at this time there are things much more important than a game but it would be a shame if it cost them a chance to represent their community after such devastation.
Re: Athens (0-3) @ Chillicothe (0-3)
This game has been postponed until tomorrow at a time TBA. 970 WATH will still carry the game tomorrow evening, with the pre-game coverage beginning 15 minutes prior to kickoff. Good luck to both teams!

Re: Athens (0-3) @ Chillicothe (0-3)
All roads near the high school (and bus garage) have been closed all day. Trees down everywhere and no way to get through in some places. Plus, several folks are scrambling trying to at least make some sense of what's left of their possessions. This affects several students, players, and cheerleaders. So moving the game back one day seems appropriate. Thank you to Chillicothe for agreeing.

Re: Athens (0-3) @ Chillicothe (0-3)
There is a Pep Rally being held at 3:30 today at the Bus Garage on johnson Rd. Next to the High School in the Plains to support the Athens Bulldog Football team. They really need the support of Athens County and the TVC. We can all be Bulldog fans for just one night to help pick these young mens spirits up...They are there every Friday night giving everything they have for there school and there communtiy. Lets try to get behind them and show that no matter what school we cheer for or where we graduated, we all are still looking out for each other.
GOOD LUCK DOGS!!!!
I'll be there cheering for you!!

The Bulldogs loaded up with their gear in their hands...and got onto the bus...
They need to get out of Athens, and this football game is just the medicine they need...
Go Get'em Bulldogs!
Battle to the End!

You can hear the game online at http://athensi.com (the WATH AM link is on the right side of the page).
Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by last night's severe weather.
Thanks, and good luck to both teams.
The game is on the radio.
