The remaining four (in theory):
Gallia Academy Blue Devils
Jackson Ironmen
Portsmouth Trojans
Warren Local Warriors

So, looking locally and basing this off of the Jackson article that they'll search in two's, I'd suggest:
Athens and Nelsonville-York.

While they may not leave the TVC (especially after Athens just left) I think this would be ideal. You pick up the two teams who are close enough for local rivalry and closer teams to Warren too. Not only that, but while NY is lower division they are also going to be competitive each year. I think it works out the best for all involved, but that's just me. And I know Warren has been talked about leaving throughout recent memory as well and if they left the SEOAL could then pick up Vinton or Wellston from the TVC as well. While it does bring the SEOAL down from past glory, it still keeps it relatively local (in travel) and essentially helps everyone. But that's just my thinking from the top of my head and not delving too much in to it all.

I hate to see it happen because it will leave GA in a bad spot.

I can't see Warren and Portsmouth wanting to travel to each other to stay in a 4-team league. Portsmouth almost has to join the SOC if they have any option to and Warren either has to join the TVC or look to the MVL or ECOL.

I think GA is going to have to look at the TVC or OVC, but I'm not sure either league will have them. The simple fact is that GA is going to have to start scheduling smaller schools, whether it be in a league or as in independent. They're going to have to start looking at the D4 & D5 schools in the area. River Valley, Oak Hill, Minford, Wellston, Ironton, Meigs, Alexander, Vinton County, Nelsonville York, etc. The problem is that some of these types of schools aren't going to want to schedule us. Gallia still has a big school image although they're very small D3 and could be D4 within a few years if population keeps declining. However, some D4/D5 schools in the area seem to not want to play them because of how big they used to be.

I could see a shedule of:
Point Pleasant
Ironton
Nelsonville York
River Valley
Athens
Warren
Meigs
Alexander
Vinton County
Jackson

But if that's going to be the schedule then we might as well be in the TVC.
I can tell you River Valley will not be on Gallia Ach. Schedule any time soon, they are looking to schedule more smaller schools until the program gets better.
Many think were a State power we should schedule Wheelersburg, John Glenn, Coshocton schools who carry playoff points. Why do you want guranteed victories? That don't help get in the playoffs.
