good for u. does the food taste better? i never smoked, but i knew a fella who got hypnotized and it worked... he'd eat celery sticks the size of cigs and after a month he was good to go. keep up the good habits.

Food is better, smell is better, I should have quit years ago. That said it is still one of the hardest things i have ever done 3 months 2 weeks 5 days 2237 not smoked $540.37 saved
