1). I want to be able to speed through Oak Hill with no recourse. I mean like go 48 maybe 49 mph on a whim

2). I want to host a tournament and you stand at the entrance of the parking lot and charge anyone from Jackson $2 to park. Anytime you gain $2 you are then to give it to the next car who is not from Jackson.
