THE BUCKEYES GET THE WEEK OFF AFTER AN EXCELLENT WIN OVER THE MICHIGAN STATE SPARTANS. AFTER A SLOW START AGAINST A VERY GOOD OPPONENT. THE SPARTANS ARE NATIONALLY RANKED AND HAD ONLY ONE LOSS UNTIL YESTERDAY. THE BUCKEYES HIT THEIR STRIDE IN THE 2ND QUARTER AND LAID THE WOOD TO THE SPARTANS. THE SPARTANS WERE A VERY SOLID TEAM. AND ARE GONNA WIN A LOT OF GAMES. BUT THE BUCKEYES ARE JUST THAT MUCH BETTER. AND UP NEXT ARE THE NORTHWESTERN WILDCATS AND THE FIGHTING FITZGERALDS ARE A VERY WORTHY OPPONENT. IT'S A FRIDAY EVENING GAME. SO PLENTY OF NATIONAL EXPOSURE HERE. THIS GAME WILL BE FRIDAY OCTOBER 18TH. 2 DAYS AFTER OLE BAIT TURNS 59, I NEVER THOUGHT I'D GET OUT OF MY 20'S.
