Arent you the superintenedent of schools at Vinton County? Not fair to the program, the school or the players to do that and then resign a few months later IMO.

Re: Wellston Football
So you are part of the administration at Wellston? Or did you talk the an administrator who told him that? Surely you are not taking one side of a conversation and repeating it as if it is factual, again?hawkeyepierce wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 9:20 pmBecause he was told that he would have a teaching position that suited his needs. I used to drink some beers out on Mulga Road. They say you gotta be careful out there. Wellstonites even sing a song about it and that dogpee pop they drink.
Disklaimer: These here thoughts are my opinions. Dont mean too hurt nobodies feelins. Are we still able to state opinions on here without unfair retribution from certain folkes?

Can't wait to hear who it is. I read on another thread that it's ole "Dutch" but nothing official yet that I've seen.Mulga Roadrunner wrote: ↑Wed May 04, 2022 9:01 pm Hearing down here on Mulga Road that we have our guy. Just waiting to make it official. Going to turn some heads with this one.

Re: Wellston Football
Getting a guy from Marshall with a decade of college coaching experience is probably better than what we had two weeks ago. That’s what I’m hearing down here on Mulga Road. Kids are ready to play for the new coach. They know he wants to be here.Ironmen34 wrote: ↑Wed May 04, 2022 9:26 pmI’m sure they will knock it out of the park….. lolMulga Roadrunner wrote: ↑Wed May 04, 2022 9:01 pm Hearing down here on Mulga Road that we have our guy. It’s going to be extremely interesting to see what this guy can do for the program. I’d be can stick around it’s going to be great. First few years could be rough as he transitions to a pass first 5 wide offense. When they run it right, it’s gonna be hard for any team in TVC to stop. You wanna talk about a great hire, you pull this guy away from a D1 college you got a great administration
Re: Wellston Football
So earned the offensive coordinator/QB coach job for this upcoming season at Marshall and leaves to take coaching job at Wellston?
Something feels off. Quite the find for Wellston. He was a QB at Florida St snd WVU
He will need time….will he get it? Will he stick it out long enough?
