I thought Alexander looked totally out of synch. Doesn't seem to be any true leaders on this team, or respected leaders I should say. Yes, I know they won but it sure didn't look like the Alexander teams of old. Hopefully they have the talent because Alexander has historically been a team that must have the talent already in order to win.
I thought #24 was pretty impressive. Alex also has a freshman coming up that looks like a giant. You couldn't really tell on the replay because of the angle but he was pretty tall.
Trimble played with a lot of heart, I think they were down by 9 or 10 early in the 3rd and came back and took the lead in the 4th.

Congrats Spartans on your season opener win
Some awfully hard critics for the first game of the season. Yea, there were some mistakes, but one thing to remember - only 3 of the 10 players saw varisty playing time last season. A LOT of first game jitters.
I think the team will get better as the season goes on.
