Man charged with alcohol-related offense for 7th time

IRONTON -- An Ironton man helped out the Ohio State Patrol Thursday when he showed up at their Ironton post intoxicated.

Ricky Morgan, 51, drove an acquaintance to the post so she could complete a crash report from an abandoned crash Wednesday. After making contact with Morgan, police charged him for driving under suspension and operating under the influence after blowing an .085 on the breath test.

It is Morgan's seventh operating under the influence charge. He was scheduled to appear at the Lawrence County Municipal Court Friday morning.

Ol Ricky should have taken the written test rather than the breath test... :lol:

That is the sad thing they keep letting them loose and they go out and kill someone and then its a big deal they had several DUI's
Once I was asked if the laws fit the crimes for a jury and I said no way I feel the first time you are picked up drunk you belong in jail for life needless to say I wasn't picked for jury duty :-D

USUALLY THE DRUNKS ARE SO LOOSE, THEY SELDOM GET HURT. BUT CRIPPLE AND MAME THEIR VICTIMS. SAD THEY ARE GIVEN NUMEROUS CHANCES.
