Always look forward to seeing our Trojans battle the Fighting Tigers......Ironton has won 13 in a row, and we are long overdue.......
However.......looks like we will be missing 2 starters tomorrow night.....Anthony Williams will be serving the 2nd game of a 2 game suspension, and Cory Reeves' knee continues to bother him.....he has missed the last 2 games.......he may play, although it is doubtful.
Against Zanesville and Chillicothe, missing 2 starters wouldn't make that much of a difference.....they are WAY ABOVE everybody else in the league. Against Ironton, still a respectable team, it does make a difference. I saw the Tigers against Russell Saturday and playing IHS at less than full strength will make it really difficult to come out with a W. Ironton can go 10 deep, and Portsmouth is not a deep team even with Williams and Reeves.
I know that Dustin Green has been playing well of late for Ironton, and having Tim Kochendorfer back(spelling?) gives them another quality sub.
I hope that 13 game streak ends....I certainly would like to end this torture.....but the most important thing for our Trojans is to get completely healthy and ready to go against Zane Trace. We will need our full compliment of players to win that game.
GO TROJANS!!!

I always look forward to playing the Ironton Fighting Tigers. It always seems to be an intense game. However, we are missing Williams for the game. Reeves is questionable. I really think this will be a good battle, but it's always hard to play Ironton at their place. Hopefully the Trojans will put it together and break their winning streak and give us a GREAT win.
GO TROJANS!!
