A German travel company has launched the world's first nudist airline. As of July, passengers with tour operators OssiUrlaub will be able to shed their cloths after boarding and fly in the nude, sitting on special hygienic seat covers. Hot drinks will not be served for safety reasons. Demand for the flights, to a "naturist" enclave on a Baltic island, is so great that the company plans to charter larger planes. "There is a genuine market for nudist-related leisure activities, " says a compnay official.
