Newlex, I know you're interested in the Silver Bridge collapse and I saw this show advertised today. It's called Paranormal State and will be on Monday night at 10 p.m. on the A & E channel. Tomorrow night's show is about the Mothman and the local's thoughts that there is a connection with the bridge collapse. Looked like a documentary where they were interviewing local people about the bridge and Mothman.

It's on Time Warner channel 28 here in Ironton.

I cannot wait to watch this I've been waiting for it all week now if I can stay awake long enough to watch all of it is another story

Re: Newlex, You Might Want To Watch This Show
Intresting. Will check it out.
I have never really got into the mothman thing as much as some. I mean, I liked the movie. but I am not really sold on the idea of monsters, ghosts and UFOs among us. As many weather radars and as many air traffic control centers as we have now, somebody would have see something concrete by now.
but the bridge collapse is very intresting history. knowing it happened here in Ohio makes it extra intresting.

Mothman spreads wings tonight on A&E
Mar 03, 2008 @ 02:27 PM
Herald-Dispatch.com
Last spring a TV crew from A&E’s “Paranormal State†TV show was over in Point Pleasant shooting up the place for an upcoming episode that shines a light on the bizarre Mothman stories.
That up-coming episode is hitting the air at 10 p.m. today and at 2 a.m., Tuesday, March 4.
The show features shots at the TNT site, as well as scenes inside the Mothman Museum featuring its founder and author, Jeff Wamsley, who answers some questions with host Ryan Buell.
“Paranormal State†is a half-hour series chronicling the extraordinary life of Ryan Buell and other members of the Penn State University Club The Paranormal Research Society (PRS) as they seek to find the truth behind terrifying real life mysteries, hauntings and ghosts. In some ways, the members of PRS are your basic college kids — dealing with the problems of school, dating, and finding their way in the world.
The difference is that these students are drawn to examining "other" worlds as well -- working on cases that include ghosts, hauntings and other paranormal phenomena. Each week, they are contacted for help by outside parties ranging from the Catholic Church to ordinary families who are terrified by unusual events in their homes.
For more info about the Mothman and other upcoming Mothman-related events (including the Mothman Fest on Sept. 20-21) go online at http://www.mothmanlives.com and http://www.mothmanfestival.com.

I actually got t see this, I think this is what it was.
The story was about the mothman, and about the desecration of an Indian burial ground?
I was at someones house that has cable, if this was not the story you were talking about this one sure was interesting.
