and my pm knocker isn't working , since we rebooted computer, went to profile , but can't seem to find that part about the settings. what am i doing wrong.

i am seeing them on my screen after i've already sent them.
and my pm knocker isn't working , since we rebooted computer, went to profile , but can't seem to find that part about the settings. what am i doing wrong.
