Final score: Vinton County 70, Belpre 67.....VC coach called me about midnight with the information.
VC led 23-11 after one, but Belpre came back to tie it at 30-30 at halftime. Belpre won the 2nd stanza 19-7 before VC scored 23 again in the third to Belpre's 21.
Teams traded baskets in fourth with VC hovering around 5-point lead in the fourth.
