SOC I & II All Stars

The Southern Ohio Conference released its list of 2011 All-Stars earlier this week and topping the list of honors is Eastern’s Chandler Brown who garnered SOC I Player of the Year.

Brown’s coach, Janet Day, earned SOC I Coach of the Year honors as her squad finished the regular season undefeated as Champions of the SOC I.

The top two teams of the SOC II split the Player of the Year award with South Webster’s Brooke Scott and Waverly’s Alex Roback splitting the honors.

Darcee Claxon of South Webster and Natalie Newton of Waverly also split the Coach of the Year award.

Listed below are the volleyball All-Stars of the SOC I and SOC II:

SOC I First Team

Great job to all the volleyball players. It has been exciting watching some of the underdog teams go far this year. Can't wait til next year!

Congrats to the players and coaches of the year. Very well selected. It was a great year!
