I believe Whiteoak is by far the best field in D4. Not a big fan of only having cutouts around the bases, but they keep it in great shape.

While I haven't seen all fields in Div IV, I agree that Whiteoak's is awfully nice. Played Sectional game there last year, and will be returning for 1st round game again. Very nice field. The fact that they've played 22 games already this year speaks volumes for how it holds up to the weather.
