I think this game will be much closer than most think. VC now has something they have been lacking and that is offensive confidence. If the Vikings can jump out early on offense and contain Points passing attack on defense, this one will be close. With a few breaks, the Vikes can win this game. However, they must play better in the secondary. If the Blacks can pass, it will be tough for VC. Ball control will be key to this game.

You'll get off the exit from Route 35 for Point Pleasant and cross the bridge into town. You'll go all the way through town, a good distance so be patient, at the 4th stoplight through town you will see a Speedway. After that, it's maybe 3/4 of a mile up the road. The high school is on the right and you'll see cars parked in the right parking lot. Get there early, there is always a tailgate sponsored by someone with free food for everyone. Not sure who it is this week, it was AEP River Operations last week, but those are always a great time.

The Barnitz kid was a standout athlete for Gallipolis in the 4th, 5th and 6th grade leagues before transfering to Wahama. See he is now a Big Black. He'll be a good one.

His grandpa was an outstanding athlete for Pomeroy High School in thre late 1940s.
