SOUTHERN vs TRIMBLE

Post by Fan-o-Southern »

Should be a win for the Tornadoes, but if they look past these guys........ could be a major upset.

So guys, pay attention. Remember Wahama?

"Remember Wahama." What is that supposed to mean. Wahama had the talent and coaching to beat Southern. Of course in your world of almost winning you people never admit that anyone is better than you.

Oooo, touchy huh? Notice how part of your school's name has "Waaaaah" in it!!
My comment was pointed to Southern. I feel Southern thought since they'd beaten Wahama badly they'd beat them again. Sortof a "gotcha" for taking them for granted.

Beating a team once or twice doesn't mean it'll happen a 3rd. time :122248

Yes, and they did, so? Eastern beat us and so did Belpre. Where'd you get that comment "you people never admit that anyone is better than you

Oh really?! Sure sounds familiar doesn't it?

And so does Eastern, and Southern, and Federal Hocking, and so the TVC goes. Wahama can match up with any team athletically. And with the best coach we have ever had our team is beating teams that we used to get killed by.

^^^ We did not get beat at Eastern. We lost the first game of the TVC season at Southern. That was just after our football team came off of the playoffs. And it was at Southern so we all know that feeling. We lost at Federal and Howie Caldwell is coaching there so that is all that needs to be said. Remember Belpre also lost at Federal after trouncing them at home. I think you can see where I am going with this. No one in the TVC should complain about losing on the road is my point.

Who is doing the Athens game then ... 105?

I don't want to be negative here ... But if I worked at the radio station and they told me I had to cover the Southern/Trimble game - instead of the Athens/Circleville match-up in the Convo - I would go ahead and quit right then & there.

93 - We are broadcasting both games. We will get off the air in plenty of time for Athens/Circleville pregame to start. Also, the following sectional final down in Meigs is slated for an 8 p.m. start.
