I havn't seen a team take a beating like that in a long time ... what a way to win a playoff game ... the 'Cats just punished the Eagles, who had to drive 3 hours just to get to Glouster ... gonna be a long side home - and those kids have to be sore and licking their wounds.

Trimble totally dominated this game in every way! I know Colonel Crawford plays in a pretty good league up north but I'm not sure those kids have ever been hit the way Trimble hit them tonight and they just didn't know how to respond.

I never said they couldn't win or said they could.
But the simple fact this is the playoffs and teams need to prove them self's .
Trimble played a great game enjoy the win for what it is and look forward the next game.
Trimple showed they could win a first round game now let them show they can win a second round match up.

With only 6 seniors on the entire roster - they have a real good chance of winning that 2nd game ... could be this year, could be next - but I think its a possibility for sure.

Preliminary thinking from the OHSAA is that Sheridan will host the Newark Catholic/Trimble game. Final sites will be released early Sunday afternoon.

Sheridan seems like a great site. A little closer for NC but pretty fair. The only other choice would be New Lex but from what I understand NL didn't put in to host any playoff games.
The game should be close, in the score and the play. I just hope NC can pull it out.
