Re: State championship
Indian Fan: Last year I parked in a free parking lot just north of the Schottenstein Center........heading east on Lane Avenue off the 315 exit, turn left at the light just before the Schott.......there will be a parking lot to the right. Last year that was a free parking lot, and there is a traffic patrol to direct you. I will say that I had to get there early before the first game, right around 9:30, to get a spot. If you arrive later in the day, you might not get a spot because those spaces fill up pretty fast.
As far as other parking areas, I am unfamiliar with the setup now because parking at the Horseshoe is no longer free. That is where I parked for almost 20 years.

No kidding? Now they charge for parking at the 'Shoe?
That's it for me then. I've been parking there since the days of Clark Kellogg/Granville Waiters and that's well, I don't know, but it's at least 20+ yrs.

If they could figure out a way to do it, they would charge you for the air you breathe.
