Wendys Holliday classic returns to Portsmouth

coach Collins and his staff has brought back what used to be one of the best Holliday tournaments in our area while the line up for the first year is not as large as it was back in the day you can still see some great high school basketball from our area teams . coach Collins is wanting this tournament to grow to what it once was or close to it so I am very exited to see this tournament return.

Good luck to Coach Collins and staff in getting the Wendy's Classic rolling again !!! wish I could be in the area to drop in to see this menu of games ! a very good lineup of games for the high school hoops fan … Best of Luck to ALL of the teams participating this year !!! my guess is that there will many teams on the horn to ask about getting into this one for the holidays next season … get out an see the games !!!

This is an interesting weekend since Friday night Peebles plays Ports ND and Saturday night my sons team The South Gallia Rebels play Ports ND and remember that last years District Championship was Peebles vs. South Gallia that was a good game at The Convo in which Peebles pulled out a win.
