SO Magic (Scioto County OH) openings Girls

Southern Ohio Magic based in Scioto County now in its 8th year of competition announces several openings on its girls traveling teams for the 2015 season. Contact Carl Daehler (740.352.3602; [email protected]). Open gym 3 to 5 pm, Sunday, March 29, 2015 at The Complex, 1420 13th Street, West Portsmouth, OH (former West Portsmouth MIddle School):

9th Grade Girls coached by Aaron Kallner (team won the 2014 AAU Ohio Div II 8th grade district qualifier) is looking for an experienced post player (at least 5'10"). This team has a proven winning record against the best teams in Ohio and looks to compete regionally and nationally this season.

6th Grade Girls is looking for players to fill out roster. This is a skills team that wishes to compete in GBA area tournaments. Multiple players from the same school can play at this grade level. This will be an excellent team to develop players planning to play at the middle school level.

4th Grade Girls team coached by Brian Deer is a new team looking for 3-4 players wanting to hone basic basketball skills. This team looks to be competitive in GBA and other regional tournaments.
