Week 2: Eastern At Miller
Haven't seen a post for this, plus didn't see it on the weekly pick 'em. Who wins?

Is this Corning Miller ? If so I saw them in a scrimmage against Bellaire St. Johns, terrible team, sorry but they are not good at all.........running back not to bad.
Re: Week 2: Eastern At Miller
Eastern went up against a really explosive River team in wk 1. The Eagles have a lot of size.
I think EHS wins this one if the QB can find time to throw.

There is no way the Falcons win two in a row! Eastern win this game easily!

I didn't put my prediction up... I think Falcons win a close one. Similar to score last week!

Miller's issues are very unique. There are kids that have 40 minute drives to their school one way that live in the district. However, I have met some very tough yet optimistic kids that come from there. They play VERY tough. They are definitely due for a few W's. Go Falcons.outerbanksjake wrote:Is this Corning Miller ? Where do Miller kids who are 40 minutes away from the school live? You can drive from Athens to Miller in less than 40 minutes. Just curious where they live that it takes them 40 minutes to drive to the school?formerfcfan wrote:Miller's issues are very unique. Hmm, you're right actually. When I wrote that, I thought areas west of Carbon Hill were in Southern LSD. When referencing Google Maps, that's only 27-30 minutes in good conditions. I went wrong somewhere along the line
Point conceded. They do have some kids that have kinda long drives, but I suppose few if any are dramatically farther than what some of their athletic compatriots in say Meigs or Gallia counties have.

Re: Week 2: Eastern At Miller
If the Falcons win 6 or more games this year, you will see more kids on the team next year.
