Looking at it some things need to change in this district. Girl runs a 6:29 in mile prelims does not make finals because she did not finish in top 8 in her heat. Meanwhile 2nd heat 6:47 gets in . I have no dog in this fight my team is d2 but that is not right

Must be top 8 no matter what in each heat so nothing can be done. I was just looking at other districts.
