Fort Frye 31 Shenandoah 12

Post by EasternDspy »

Cadets can clinch the PVC for the 4th straight year with a win. Shenandoah can clinch at least a tie. Zeps got star QB Boone Jones back tonight vs Morgan. This is also Fort Frye’s Sr night.

Fort Frye needs these points. For The Zeps, this is their entire season.

Surely the die-hard Cadet fans won't agree, But this will be a bigger game for Fort Frye than the game with that team from across the Muskingum river.
This Zep team will be no walk in the park. Just look at what they did to Morgan last night (54-10).

Don’t over react to the Morgan score they are bad. Shenandoah is big have a great QB in Boone Jones and an all state backer in Chicwak. Shenandoah has a huge line 2 decent RBs in Wylie and Sherman. Cade Dennis had 9 catches last night. I watched them beat Barnesville 12-0. There good but Fort has to many playmakers. Zeps DL might give Fort Oline fits.

But....remember this is the Zep's PVC "World Series", and you just mentioned the weapons they have. ;)

Offense is really predictable. Shenandoah line is massive probably the biggest will play. That being said Fort will be fired up it’s Sr night! Like Coach Huck said he’s son is a Sr and this game means a lot to everyone.

It's true. Shenandoah would redeem their entire season if they pulled off the upset on Friday. They do have talent to play with Fort Frye.

Boone Jones wants to run it every time a pass is called. When they played Barnesville they really struggled to score. The scores came on a speed option and a direct snap out of the single wing to Wylie. I’m not sure how the power game will work vs Fort strength the base 4/4. Shenandoah will need to get aggressive. IMO Shenandoah is weak at DB.

Fort gets the rolling clock on an overrated Zeps team.

I have a question. Who is the commissioner of the PVC? Or is it a meeting of the principals that decide.

Back to the game.. i think it'll be close, but i'll give the home team the edge. FF by 9.

It’s Ullman but I heard he’s gotten to old and is not involved. They need to replace him with Clint Crane of Caldwell.

Oh, should be a real good one. From what i've read Zeps are close to full strength, but Fort Frye is my pick.

I appreciate the scouting report.

This is not Frontier. If they play well and Fort Frye doesn't, Shenandoah can win.

Last year Shenandoah was better and Fort ran for 300 on them. That being said Shenandoah has by far the biggest line and best line will face all reg season.

Fort frye struggles with pass defense, if fort frye turns the ball over a few times and shendoah hits a few big plays it might be close that being said game at Beverly. Cal preps has cadets by 18 I doubt it will be that close
