2018 Year in Review

How many high school varsity football games did you attend in 2018?

I know LCF goes to a bunch. Many of them the same games I attend.


Last season, I attended 118 high school varsity football games in 11 different states. 220 different teams in 59 different stadiums. 36 state championship games in New York, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Texas. Traveled 18,493 total miles seeing the games, including three Browns games.

As I do every year, this is a recap of my travels. The games I've seen and the thoughts about them as a whole. For SEOP, I've seen at least three games in 2018 that would be SE Ohio. Claymont-IV, TCC-Malvern, and WCC-PW in Hebron.

That’s a lot. I probably went to about 15 varsity games. Mostly Athens games
