Paint Valley Bearcats Football 2020
Paint Valley Bearcats Football 2020
There is white smoke coming from the field house in Bainbridge. Sorry, for being vague, but it’s not my place to break the news. I will say though, it is not a name many expect. Go Cats!

Corey Dye from Courthouse. 36-35 in 7 seasons. No idea why they didn't hire Cooper. What a freaking joke

Setting with the Principal. Lots of back slaps and handshakes. Interesting
Re: Paint Valley Football Coach
I was on record for my support for Brian Cooper, and I hoped he got the job. But, that didn’t happen. It’s time for the Pv family to welcome Coach Dye and support him. I wish him the best of luck. And always, Go Cats!

Re: Paint Valley Football Coach
Coach Dye comes in with a lot of experience and has coached in a lot of big games. He was never fired from WCH! He has been the Defensive Coordinator at WCH since he stepped down. He took WCH to the playoffs and was named Div 3 coach of the year. And something else to think about the teams he coached against when he was the head coach at WCH was a little better then the teams in the SVC. Clinton Massie, Johnathan Alder. Miami Trace, Circleville just to name a few. Give the guy a chance.

He's not the coach yet. Still has to be approved by the schoolboard.

“Step down or be fired”... that’s how they roll in WCH. Just ask Troy Dawson, John Enochs, and Herb Mahalik. They all “stepped down” as well.

That's usually just a formality.Nipgencounty wrote: Mon Feb 03, 2020 2:15 pm He's not the coach yet. Still has to be approved by the schoolboard.

I think the new coach should be given a chance, why does a program have to hire from within? Sometimes a hire from outside the loop can bring in new ideas and a fresh perspective that might not happen with someone that had already been with PV for 5,10,15 years. Just my 2 cents.
