Has Urban Meyer created unnecessary controversy in hiring Chris Doyle as strength and conditioning coach for the NFL franchise.?

Doyle was fired from his s&c coaching position at Iowa last summer after investigation of complaints of racism from Hawkeye players. Doyle was also implicated of using training methods that caused rhabdomyolysis, a skeletal deterioation, among some Iowa players ten years ago.

Racism obviously has no place in today's society. Sometimes Meyer has been his own worst enemy in some of his hiring decisions.
