Reds and Cubs To Play In 2022 MLB Field of Dreams Game

After the successful debut Field of Dreams game debut last week between the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees, the Reds will face the Chicago Cubs in the 2022 version in Dyersville, Iowa. (excerpt)

The inaugural 2021 contest was an excellent game and tv production celebrating the movie and baseball the way it was.

Heard about this. I'm liking it! Be cool to get tickets, and take a few day road trip out there and back.

Hot dang! I hated missing this years game after hearing about it. I will definitely not be missing this one! I just figured they would put the Yankees in again against either the Red Sox or Dodgers, since they are the darlings of MLB.

Trench that thing will sell out pretty quick with the limited seating. Reds fans and Cubs fans will bring it! I remember when the Indians were in the World Series, Cubs fans were paying Indians fans huge money to see them in Cleveland.

Also tickets were in the $4,000 range. Ouch!

FOD game only seats 8000 people. Probably all it needs for that price for tickets. Still think it would be a cool bucket list road trip out there and back to see the Reds play in the Iowa corn.
