This is going to be a good game. It is a toss up in my opinion

Wellston qb looks to be a pretty good athlete and runner. Piketon will need to control the LOS like they did friday night. Letting the linebackers to move freely. Piketon had a bunch of tackles for loss against Minford, so that has to continue. Offrnsively the Streaks dropped a couple of passes , 2 of which would have been scores, and a few penalties to clean up. Looking forward to the first home game! Go Streaks!

Wellston should get better. I know very little about this years Piketon team. If I92 says Piketon by 14+ he has said that with reason.

Big win by the Rockets last week. Nice to be 1-0. Our defense will be tested against Piketon but I’m not worried about us putting up points.

Piketon is 0-2 all time vs Wellston. If Wellston can force turnovers like against Oak Hill, they’ll win. Piketon has a good QB that can turn this game into a high scoring affair quickly. Kind of surprised that they beat Minford the way that they did.

I’ll take Piketon in this game. I look for a strong year for this team and their very talented qb. Friday will be another test but I think things really come together and piketon pulls away late.

Wellston lost quite a bit from last years team and with everyone Piketon is returning I don't see this one being very close. Looking at the schedule Piketon might not get a true test until week 5 against an improved ZT team. Wellston probably try and milk the clock in this one let's go 28-7 Piketon.

Wellston struggled through the first half against Oak Hill. Piketon will not be slow on the draw. Per Howard Cosell will understand his own theory. Piketon by 21.

Piketon is a legit contender in the SVC. I think the Streaks get the win although I’d like to see the TVC’s rockets move to 2-0.

The weather will play a factor this Friday, chance of storms, plus extreme heat all week. Conditioning, and depth will impact this game. Hopefully the storms stay away. Lets Go Streaks!

Was not impressed with Wellston last week. Never got into a flow offensively I will take Piketon by 14+

Wellston never really could get their offense going for consecutive drives against Oak Hill. They also turned the ball over 3 times that I can recall. They’ll need to be more consistent if they want to beat Piketon.

Hopefully the Piketon offense can get it clicking early and the defense get a few stops early. This game should be a good one. I’d imagine both teams will come out fired up as it’s the Streaks home opener and the Rockets are coming off a nice week one win over county foe Oak Hill. Going to be a hot one tomorrow so any chance kickoff may be pushed back by a half hour. Go Streaks hopefully they can improve to 2-0

It's game day. Good luck to the Rockets! Hoping for a safe and injury free game for both teams.
