College Basketball thoughts 2009-10. . .

Post by fuzzhead »

Post here!

I'll kick it off with a thought of my own:

While I think UK is going in the right direction, there's no way in the world that they're a top 5 team. Can't see 'em getting past the sweet 16.

I think the Cats have the talent, but working a new system with new players may be tough. I think John Wall is the best player in the country, but it will be tough going early on.

Regardless of the game last night, I think Kansas has the best team and I'm not really sure how close it is...

Ohio State should be pretty decent if they get and stay healthy. Evan Turner is a flat out stud.

Before anyone asks about my Gators...I expect this team to be anywhere from a 5 seed to 9 seed in the tournament. Had Calathes stayed, I could see them being a 2-4 seed.

Kentucky definitely has the talent to hang with anyone. I just worry about them catching on to the Dribble Drive. I think that a lot of people forget that its a new system and none of the players have ever played it. By the end of the season i look for them to be tough.

I think we will see a lot good teams this year. There will be 5 or 6 teams make there way into the top 25 that no one ever thought would be there. :122245

nice post. i can see osu acutally doing pretty well this year. Although, I can't see Kansas as the best team right now. Even though they are ranked #1 having a close call with an unranked Memphis team just isn't the best team in the nation IMO

anything can happen though in college bball seems like there are upsets all the time so it's too early to tell right now with any team
