I was telling a friend before this game when gallia came to Portsmouth they hardly had any one there " they was still undefeated" and gallia used to be one of the best crowds when they was on the road.

I'd be ashamed to see a person predict a 43-point win and bash SEO all throughout the offseason and regular season only to see that person's favorite team win by just seven against an SEO team. From a running clock victory to a scant seven-point win -- that's pretty vast.

All kidding aside, I am sad to see less crowds at football games. I think Green and Northwest have had great crowds all year as has the Wheelersburg and Ironton matchups with one another and Jackson, but there's been a lot of very competitive football games this year on a week to week basis, more so than I can remember in a while, and would like to see better crowd support -- but with all of the apps and streaming programs it is just a part of the times. It has been fun seeing the parody and knowing teams have got to show up every week or they could get top run or even beat if they don't. Makes the competition better.

You do see the problem with this comment, right? If they were true fans don't think you think they would be there posting this does no good. Some teams simply don't fill the stands, I mean when Chillicothe and Waverly played Chillicothe about half filled the visitor section. With live streaming it's simply changed everything, but Gallia simply doesn't travel even when they've made the playoffs there's not many there. Posting this does no good, you should've walked over and talked to the fans who were there and tell them how ashamed the others should've been.

Very few travel to away games anymore. A couple exceptions, but it’s that way at most schools in All sports. HS sports is not very good at more than a few schools. Kinda of sad
