Sprints..... K. Johnroe 14.30, 200 K. Dickerson 28.30, 400m C. Hall 1:01.90 and E. Layne 1:08.80

Hurdles..... 100h not much here, 300h B. Staley near 59.00

Field..... Discus M. Luhisen near 100', Shot Put has M. Luhisen at 29', High Jump B. Staley has a 4' 08"
Pole Vault Staley with an 8' 06" Vault, E. Cassidy has a 12' 06 Long Jump

Relays..... 4x2 and 4x1 look good with 4x4and 4x8 in the middle of the pack.

Portsmouth

Distance..... 800m will have A. Waughtel with a 3:07.00 A. Lott has a 4:02.62, 1600m P. Cunningham at 7:11.00, 3200m will also have Cunningham 16:30.00.

Sprints..... P. Cunningham comes in with a 14.92 in the 100m and J. Powell has a 15.09, 200m K. Manzananes at 30.23 A Burke with 34.53, 400m Manzananes will have 1:11.00.

Hurdles..... Not too much in the 100h, 300h will have G. Scarberry with a 1:06.00

Field..... A. Carr has a near 82 feet, J. Powell has a 33' 03.25" throw in the Shot Put K Carter at 29' 06.50", Don't see too much in the High Jump, E. Cheatham brings a 14' 02.75" in the Long Jump along with 14' 02" from K. Manzananes, Pole Vaut is 6' 00" from G. Scarberry.

Relays..... All relays are in the bottom half of the conference.


Ironton

Distance..... 800m A. Davis has a time of 2:32, 1600m Davis at 6:16, don't see much from the 3200m

Sprints..... 100m K. Adams 13.39 and E. White has a 14.26, 200m Adams 27.69 and Adams has a 1:05 400m

Hurdles..... 100h K. Cox with a 20.30 and J. turner with a 24.04, I. Morgan has a 1:01 300h and J. Turner with 1:12

Field..... Discus, E. Cecil has a throw of 72 02'. The shot put has K. Henderson with a throw of 31' 07.50" E. Cech with a 27' 04", High Jump will see C. Cecil with a jump of 4' 10", Don't see too much in the Long Jump, Pole vault is at 6' 06 with E. White. Ironton will have K. Martin coming in as a feresman with a 15' 02 Long Jump.

Relays..... 4x100 looks good and with the rest they just might be second pack of the conference.


Rock Hill

Distance..... Rock Hill looks like they won't have too much in the 800m, K. Gilmore has a 6:09 in the 1600m, E Harper will have a 6:49, the 3200m has Gilmore with a time of 13:08.

Sprints..... 100m will see H. Bailey with a time of 13.73 and B. Kellogg at 14.24, 200m shows B. Kellogg with 29.20 and Bailey with a 29.65. The 400 has C. Pancake with 1:1o and A. Blankinship with 1:11

Hurles..... 100h will see A. Rogers with 18.40 and A. Darby at 21.52, 300h A. Rogers at 1:07.

Field..... Discus will have M. Cremeans with a 92' 06", Cremeans will have a 31' 10" Shot Put, High Jump will see B. Kellogg with 4' 06 and A. Rogers with 4' 04", Long jump has C. Pancake with a 15' 04.75" leap and H. Bailey with 13' 09.75", Pole Vault will see 6' 06: from A. Darbey and K. Gilmore with 6' 06".

Relays..... 4x4 and 4x8 looks to be their best 4x1 and 4x2 will be in the middle of the pack.


Gallia

Distance..... 800m C. Corvin will bring a 2:39 800 into the 2023 season and K. Smith will have a 2:48. 1600m has E. Hout with a 6:17 and M. Clagg with a 6:26 and K. Davidson with 6:27, The 3200m will have K. Davidson 13:44, M. Clagg 14:02 and E. Hout a 14:03.

Sprints..... 100m is led by C. Wilson 13.63 M. Bryant 14.02, 200m has M. Bryant with 28.84, N. Zierenberg 30.21. The 400 has C. Corvin at 1:07, B. Snedaker 1:09.

Field..... C. Cremeens has a 119' in the discus, The shot will have C. Cremeens at 37' 02'. High Jump doesn't look too good, M. Bryant in the Long Jump with 13' 09". Pole Vault has one of the best in SEO with C. Wilson at 12' 00" N. Zierenberg at 6' 06" Gallia will have help coming up in the High JUmp with S. Sola at 4' 10"

Relays..... Overall Gallia looks strong in the relays


Chesapeake

Distance..... 800m M. Hall has a 2:50 and K. Ball a 2:58, 1600m M. Hall at 6:18 and the 3200 has M. Hall with a 14:07.

Sprints..... 100m E. Duncan 13.53 and L. Pater with a 14.41, 200m 28.39 with Duncan, 400m K. Ball 1:09, A. Plantz 1:10


Hurdles..... 100h 18:06 with R. Isaacs and E Hicks has an 18.40, 300h 49.85 from E. Hicks and 54.64 from R. Isaacs,A. Isaacs should help in the hurdles

Field..... Discus 107' 06" with B. Wilson, Shot Put 28' 01" from B. Wilson. High Jump E. Duncan has a 5' 0", Long Jump will bring 16' 02" and E. Duncan and E. Duncan has 14' 11". Pole vault looks down for 2023 season. A. Lovely is coming up from middle school with a 16:00.25 Long Jump she also has a 4' 10" high jump

Relays..... 4x2 and 4x8 look the best 4x1 look okay and 4x4 looks down


Fairland

Distance..... 800m R. Barnitz 2:37 and K. Barnitz 2:48, 1600m R. Barnitz 5:43 and K. Barnitz 6:40, 3200m R. Barnitz 12:28 and B. Spears 14:41, M. Dunlap has a 2:32.73 coming up from the 8th grade

Sprints..... 100m 14.08 by K. Stitt 14:42 from T. Hinkle, 200m K. Stitt has a 28.60 T. Hinkle at 29.17, 400m T. Hinkle has a 1:02 and K. Stitt a 1:04 M. Dunlap will bring a 1:02.74 up from the middle school in the 400m

Hurdles..... A. Butler has a 19.18, 300h has B. Spears with a 1:01

Field..... Discus A. Byers come in with a 90 feet toss, 88" for H. Taylor, Shot Put 29' 11" for H. Taylor and 28' 04" for A. Byers, T. Hinkle has a 4' 09" high jump and C. Mayo with a 4' 08', Don't see much in the Long Jump, Pole Vault has 7' for K. Stitt. M. Dunlap comes up with a 16' 09" long jump, S. Perego should help in the discus, A. Maynard and C. Jarvis will be helping out in the shot put.

Relays..... 4x1 and 4x2 look strong and the 4x4 and 4x8 look better than average


Dawson-Bryant

Distance..... 800m L. Hamm has a 2:19 and A. Pemberton at 2:43, 1600m Hamm with a 5:25, don't see a lot with the 3200m

Sprints..... M. McDaniel has a 12.86 100m, K. Montgomery has a 27.77 200m along with 28.90 from O. Kingrey. In the 400m K. Montgomery has a 59.26 and O. Kingrey has a 1:03

Hurdles..... 100h 21.98 for T. Bridges, 300h M. McDaniel has one of the best times in SEO with a 45.09

Field..... B. Owens with a throw of the discus at 96 feet along with K. Keaton at about the same, Shot Put toss of 39 feet for K. Keaton, High Jump of 4' 04" for A. Lancy and K. Rowe, K. Fraley has a jump of 14' 00 in the long jump and A Pemberton has a 13' 04". Pole vault of 7' 06" for M. Hapney and 6' 06" for K. Rowe

Relays..... 4x2 looks good and the rest look to be at the middle of the pack
