Looking at the 2024 Boys 400 meters

Sr. Cody Hessler will be the top 400 meter guy coming back in 2024 plus he will be the only sub-fifty 49.60. Sr. Lucas Rinehart of Chillicothe will be the #2 guy. Shouldn't take him too long to go under the fifty mark with him at 50.19 now. Sr. Charlie Clyne at 50.26 should get there too. Soph. Kayson Whitt has a 50.73, Sr. Garrett McKinniss of Oak Hill 51.12, Sr. Mamo Willison Chillicothe 51.62. Notice that five of the top six are seniors. Chillicothe will have the #2 and #6 boys. The FAC, SOC and TVC will have two boys in the top 10. Boys coming up from MS are Christian Gillum from Jackson, Jack Whaley Ironton, Brice Johnson Zane Trace, Seth Hamm of Dawson-Bryant, Landen Thomas Ironton and Brock Shelton Gallia.
