Rock Hill Girls’ Open

5-Time Consecutive OVC Champion Head Coach Summer Collins has decided to step down after internal conflict with administration. The soccer job was posted in house today for any interested applicants. Best of luck to Summer!

Could be that she just wants to spend time with her two young girls. Or it could be that her husband was passed up on the varsity basketball job after years of being the assistant to varsity!

Well we found the answer: she’s now the head coach at South Point

It could be a combination of both factors. Perhaps she wants to dedicate more time to her young daughters, and her husband's disappointment over not getting the varsity basketball job might also be influencing their decisions. Balancing family priorities and career aspirations can be challenging.
