All but 9 total points coming back next year from this game. I wouldn’t be surprised if both teams flip those records for next season as well.

Washington was 6-11 in games decided by 10 points or less and 3-6 in games decided by 5 or less. I’m sure they’ll improve that and be better in the non-league. Everhart is one of the best shooters I’ve seen this season, plus Haithcock is a problem for most teams.

Waverly has had some tight games during their losing streak and finally got over the top. If they can all stay together, they’ll be very formidable in the future. They’ve had at least 4 different leading scorers throughout the season and should only improve.

Waverly has very young talented group that will only get better if all stay at Waverly. I hope they stay together and develop as a team. They had the most talent on the court last night but just seem to force a bit. Passed up a lot of mid range jumpers for turnovers.
